Position: Company Secretary Intern

Location: Sector 3, Noida

Working Hours: Mon-Sat(Work From Office Only)

Responsibilities:

• Provide company secretarial services to a range of non-listed client companies.
• Handles all kind of company incorporation i.e. Pvt Ltd, Limited, Nidhi Company, Section 8.
• Handle licenses like FSSAI, Drug Licenses, APEDA etc.
• Handle all kind of ROC compliances.
• Maintains statutory records for clients’ companies.
• Updates and maintain records/information.
• Follows instructions from the Manager and other superiors.
• Experience in multiple client handling is preferable.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of corporate laws and regulations
• Experience in managing board meetings and maintaining board records
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Experience in a company secretarial role with a demonstrated track record of success
• Bachelor's degree in law or company secretaryship
