Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Incorporation of Companies & LLPs – drafting, filing, and completing ROC-related formalities.
LLP Returns & XBRL Filings – preparation and submission of annual and event-based returns.
Fund Raising Compliance – assistance in regulatory filings and compliance for fundraising activities.
Annual Returns & Statutory Filings – preparation and filing of annual returns with ROC and other authorities.
Alteration of AoA & MoA – drafting, filing, and effecting changes in charter documents.
Charge Creation & Modification – preparation and filing of charge-related documents with ROC.
Compounding of Offences – assisting in preparation of applications, petitions, and liaising with authorities.
Shareholding & Share Subscription Agreements – drafting, reviewing, and ensuring compliance.
Dematerialization of Shares – coordinating with NSDL/CDSL and ensuring compliance.
Pre-IPO & IPO Compliances – assisting in documentation and filing requirements with depositories and regulators.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
