Job Description

We are a tax consultancy firm based in Ernakulam and currently seeking an experienced Company Secretarial Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of ROC filings, MCA compliance, and company secretarial procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and file various ROC forms as required.
• Handle ROC Annual Filing, Company Registration, Government Certificates, MSME, IE Code, and other statutory submissions.
• Work on MCA forms including DPT-3, DIR-12, DIN KYC, INC-22, AOC, and other relevant forms for preparation and submission.
• Prepare and file INC 24, MGT 14, RUN application, and ensure accurate documentation and timely submission.
• Maintain statutory records, registers, minutes, and compliance documentation.
• Provide professional advice and clarification to clients regarding company compliance matters.
• Handle accounting-related tasks and maintain financial records when required.
• Work efficiently with Tally and ensure updated accounting entries.
• Manage company secretarial works and ensure adherence to all ROC/MCA deadlines.
• Coordinate with clients to collect required documents and ensure accuracy before filing.
• Availability to join immediately will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in the Company Secretarial field.
• Qualification: CS qualified or pursuing CS; candidates with strong company secretarial experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Must have hands-on experience in forms such as INC 24, MGT 14, RUN application, DIN KYC, DPT-3, DIR-12, INC-22, and Annual Filing.
• Strong communication skills and ability to guide customers with accurate compliance advice.
• Candidates based in Ernakulam are highly preferred.
