Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Handle all ROC, SEBI, BSE/NSE filings, annual returns, disclosures, and registers
Prepare Board Meeting agendas, minutes, resolutions, notices, and maintain records
Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI LODR, FEMA, and other applicable laws
Support in secretarial audits, ESG disclosures, investor grievance redressal
Coordinate with auditors, legal teams, and statutory bodies
Maintain ESOP records, shareholder disclosures, and MGT/ADT forms
