JD: Commvault Backup Administrator primarily focuses on the operational aspects of backup and recovery, including . configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting backup jobs and systems They also handle data restores, perform basic system administration tasks, and ensure compliance with data protection policies. Setting up a new backup job for a specific server or application. Performing a file or folder restore for a user. Troubleshooting a basic backup error, such as a failed job or a full storage pool. Monitoring backup logs and alerts for potential problems. Creating user accounts and permissions within the Commvault environment. Ensuring that backups are configured to meet the organizations data retention policies
