We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Community Outreach Executive who is passionate about community building, event coordination, and effective communication. Immediate joiners will be given priority. Candidates with prior experience in EdTech or similar domains will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Relationship Building:

Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, partners, stakeholders, and community groups.

Outreach & Communication:

Execute outreach activities, promote company initiatives, and maintain regular communication with points of contact and partner institutions.

Event Planning & Execution:

Plan and manage hackathons, conferences, workshops, webinars, and other community events from start to finishcoordination, logistics, execution, and on-ground support.

Marketing & Content Coordination:

Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create posts, newsletters, blogs, and campaign ideas that support outreach initiatives.

Reporting & Insights:

Track engagement metrics, prepare structured reports, and provide insights to enhance community engagement strategies.

Internal Coordination:

Act as a liaison between leadership and internal teams by managing calendars, meetings, communication, and follow-ups.

Community Moderation:

Moderate community groups and ensure smooth, professional communication across all channels.
