Overview: Are you the kind of person who thinks in Reels, talks in memes, and scrolls Instagram like it's market research We're looking for a Senior Social Media Executive to join our social team at BookMyShow - someone who can turn moments into viral content and bring our brand voice to life with every scroll, swipe, and double tap. In this role, you'll be curating and executing campaigns across everything we do - from concerts, comedy, movies, festivals, and sports to all things brand love. If you've got a strong creative muscle and the ability to get things done fast and efficiently, this one's for you Your Profile: Campaign Planning & Execution: Create, plan, and execute social-first campaigns across categories like music, movies, sports, stand-up, and more. Content Ideation & Creation :Come up with quirky, viral, scroll-stopping content ideas - from clever copy to meme formats to reel scripts. Be hands-on: write, shoot, edit, and publish content across BookMyShow and BookMyShow Live. Trendspotting: Stay on top of the latest Instagram trends, audio tracks, and content formats - and plug BookMyShow into pop culture conversations in real time. Community Management: Make our brand voice shine through in comments, replies, DMs - not just on our own posts, but also on other relevant pages where our TG lives. (Yes, you will be that funny, mysterious admin we all want to be friends with.) Execution & Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, design, content, partnerships) and external vendors (photographers, editors, creators) to ensure smooth execution. Reporting & Insights: Share weekly performance reports with insights, learnings, and ideas for content optimization. Live Coverage & Weekends: Cover our events in real-time (which includes travel and working weekends..) - whether it's a stadium concert, comedy gig, film premiere, or festival. Your Checklist 4-5 years of experience managing social media for a youth or pop culture brand. Strong creative sensibility - can write great captions, come up with fun ideas, and understand what makes something go viral. Knows the Instagram ecosystem in and out - reels, trends, meme formats, content creators, etc. Basic video editing, reel-making, and design skills Experience in community engagement with a solid understanding of digital brand tonality. Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask across multiple campaigns at once. Cool under pressure, and actually enjoys the madness of live events.

What you become a part of : The incumbent in this role will be responsible to lead, execute and manage end-to-end tendering operations for pharmaceutical and healthcare products across multiple African markets. The incumbent will act as a central coordination point for institutional business development, bridging the gap between country teams, distributors, and internal stakeholders. This role is pivotal in improving tender win rates, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining tendering discipline through structured processes and analytics. What to expect : Tender Lifecycle Management: Oversee the complete tendering processfrom opportunity identification to bid preparation, submission, clarification, and award trackingfor institutional sales across African markets. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all submissions meet tender specifications and country-specific regulatory requirements, including product registration, pricing templates, eligibility certifications, and supporting documents. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Sourcing -External and Internal, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and Business Units to ensure accuracy and completeness in documentation and pricing strategies. Repository & Intelligence: Build and maintain a structured database of past tenders, pricing history, award outcomes, and win/loss analyses to support data-backed decision-making and pricing competitiveness. Post-Tender Management: Monitor bid evaluations, address clarifications, track award results, and support performance reporting for awarded contracts. Ensure supplies are done on time, cash flow management with finance teams. Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements in internal workflows to streamline tender submissions, reduce turnaround time, and increase overall efficiency. Reporting & Insights: Develop dashboards, MIS reports, and performance metrics to keep leadership updated on tender pipeline, status, and outcomes. Essential qualifications & experience : Bachelors degree in pharmacy/ Life Sciences, or related field. MBA in Marketing / International Business is a plus. 8-12 years of experience in pharmaceutical tender execution roles. Strong contacts for sourcing supplies at competent prices for Africa markets. Understanding of government procurement processes and regulatory frameworks across African markets.
