Community Outreach Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and engage with chess academies to list their current job openings on our platform
• Reach out to independent chess coaches, introduce them to relevant job opportunities, and assist in uploading their profiles
• Explain the value of our platform and offerings to both academies and coaches
• Maintain accurate records of all outreach and follow-ups
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding and listin

You’re a great fit if you:

• Have

  excellent communication skills in English and Hindi

  (verbal and written)
• Are comfortable making outbound calls and building rapport over the phone
• Are organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy (basic tools like Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
• Have a passion for chess or experience working in the education/sports ecosystem (preferred but not mandatory)
• Are self-motivated and comfortable working independently from home
