Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Community Mobilizer located in Mira Bhayandar. The Community Mobilizer will engage with the community to understand and address their needs, facilitate initiatives that promote community development, and ensure effective communication between the community and the organization. Daily tasks will include organizing community meetings, providing support and information to community members, and fostering strong relationships within the community.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Community Engagement skills
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Community Management
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups
• Proficiency in local languages and English is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Community Development, or related field
