As a team member of Snabbit, your responsibilities will include: - Representing Snabbit at community events and local activations to establish brand credibility and presence in hyperlocal markets. - Driving user acquisition by interacting with potential customers, explaining our unique 10-minute service model, and assisting in the onboarding process. - Establishing local hubs in residential areas, co-working spaces, and corporate offices to increase brand awareness and encourage repeat usage. - Gathering on-ground feedback to contribute towards enhancing service quality, efficiency, and overall customer satisfaction. - Collaborating closely with the marketing and growth teams to implement impactful campaigns tailored to local market insights.
