Your Mission

Be the first responder, last line of defense & friendly face for our Discord, Telegram & Twitter fam.

• If someone’s lost, help ’em out
• If someone’s spamming, mute ’em out
• If someone’s vibing, hype ’em up

Your Day-to-Day Role

Keep the Playground Safe & Fun

• Patrol Discord, Telegram & Twitter Community to keep vibes high & spam low
• Enforce rules with fairness & a sense of humor
• Answer questions or escalate fast

Drive Daily Banter & Rituals

• Drop polls, memes & random chaos to spark conversations
• Support AMAs, Twitter Spaces, giveaways & pledge activations
• Rally the troops during launches, events & slow Mondays

Be the Pulse Reader

• Spot frustration, excitement or confusion & act on it
• Flag sentiment & bugs to the core team
• Watch leaderboards & rituals for rising stars

Support the Squad

• Collaborate with Community Lead, Growth & Product teams
• Share playbooks & feedback with fellow mods
• Help build the cleanest, most engaging Web3 community playbook

You’ll Crush This Role If You:

• Have lived in Discord/Telegram communities for years (Web3 or gaming a plus)
• Can chat like a degen but keep it respectful & welcoming
• Are fast on keyboard & faster with memes
• Stay calm in chaos (spammer raids, angry users, etc.)
• Want to grow into a bigger community/marketing role
• Are cool working odd hours (global community = weird time zones)

Bonus XP:

• Run Twitter raids, on-chain quests or NFT badge drops
• Moderate high-traffic AMAs
• Built a meme channel that didn’t get nuked
