Role Overview

We’re looking for a Community Manager to join our core team in Bangalore.

This role is ideal for women professionals who are passionate about building thriving startup communities and empowering founders to grow together.

You’ll be responsible for creating and managing an active community of founders, mentors, and ecosystem partners, driving engagement, learning, and collaboration every day.

Key Responsibilities

Community Building: Foster an engaging and supportive environment for founders, mentors, and alumni.

Event Management: Organize workshops, networking events, and Demo Day experiences.

Engagement & Communication: Manage communication channels and share stories, updates, and milestones.

Social Presence: Collaborate with the marketing team to highlight community stories and achievements.

Relationship Building: Cultivate partnerships with mentors, investors, and startup ecosystem enablers.

Feedback & Improvement: Gather insights to enhance community engagement and member experience.

Alumni Relations: Build a structured alumni network and maintain engagement through periodic programs.

Track and share success stories, startup progress, and media mentions.

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of experience in community management, marketing, or startup ecosystems.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Energetic personality with a passion for networking and connecting people.

Creative mindset to design unique engagement activities and events.

Experience working in startups, incubators, or educational environments is a plus.

Proficiency in content creation or social media management is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
