What You'll Do:

• Manage Instagram contents and content calendar: Reels, Posts, Stories
• Spot & adapt trends quickly (hooks, formats, audio)
• Write crisp, fun captions and assist in scripting Reels
• Coordinate with design and video team for content execution
• Help manage community: reply to DMs, comments, reshares
• Track post performance & share content ideas based on insights
• Assist in offline shoot planning and influencer collabs

You’re a Fit If You:

• Live and breathe Instagram (especially Reels and memes)
• Are passionate about women’s wellness & period positivity
• Have a good eye for aesthetic, content flow, and trends
• Are comfortable working in a fast-paced startup setup
• Bonus: Know Canva or video editing basics
