Community Manager - CXO Engagement

Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Community Manager with strong existing relationships within the CXO community — especially across CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, CEOs, CROs, and Heads of Digital, IT, Risk, and Innovation.

This is a strategic and execution-led role where you will build, nurture, and activate this leadership community as speakers, delegates, and thought leaders across Tech Disruptor Media’s flagship IPs and closed-door engagements.

Key Responsibilities

CXO Community Building & Relationship Management

• Build and deepen relationships with senior enterprise tech decision-makers
• Onboard influential CXOs as speakers, panelists, and advisory members
• Develop and execute engagement plans to keep the CXO community active and invested year-round

Speaker & Delegate Acquisition

• Strategically identify and invite top CXO-level speakers aligned with event themes
• Create compelling pitches to onboard speakers and delegates to various Tech Disruptor formats
• Work with the content team to map personas to sessions and thought leadership opportunities

Event & Engagement Support

• Regularly interact with the community via calls, social, emails, and 1:1 check-ins
• Fix and moderate interactions via roundtables, webinars, think tanks, and community programs
• Work closely with editorial and marketing to ensure community alignment across all touchpoints

Strategy & Leadership

• Create strategies to attract high-quality participation across all event formats
• Lead and mentor a small team of junior community executives if required
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, editorial, and marketing teams to deliver outstanding event experiences

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in CXO-level community engagement, B2B events, or enterprise partnerships
• Existing connects within the tech CXO ecosystem is a must
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong understanding of technology domains and enterprise leadership personas
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders
• Comfortable leading calls, moderating sessions, and representing the brand at external forums

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
