Job Description

As a Community Manager in the Co-working Industry with 2-3 years of experience, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operations and fit-out management of the co-working spaces in Thane. Acting as a liaison between design, construction, and fit-out teams, you will be responsible for ensuring that the work follows brand specifications and timelines. Tracking fit-out progress, organizing deliveries, and installations of furniture and equipment are crucial tasks to ensure that new sites are fully prepared for launch. Developing and managing project timelines to meet all deadlines and identifying and resolving delays in the fit-out process are key aspects of your role. You will also oversee the day-to-day operations of co-working spaces, ensuring that they are clean, functional, and well-maintained. Coordinating with vendors to maintain seamless operations and managing relationships with suppliers for office needs will be part of your operations management responsibilities. Creating an engaging and collaborative community atmosphere, planning events and initiatives to boost member interaction, managing onboarding and introduction of new members, building strong relationships, and resolving member concerns are critical aspects of community engagement and member relations that you will be responsible for. Additionally, as a Community Manager, you will lead and mentor community staff, aligning with company goals, setting clear expectations, providing training to the team, conducting regular performance review meetings, and ensuring effective communication between departments and staff. Developing launch strategies for successful site launches, collaborating with marketing to promote new locations, planning and executing launch events to attract members, assisting sales teams in promoting co-working spaces, providing tours to potential clients, explaining membership benefits, working with marketing to increase membership and occupancy, and aligning community engagement efforts with sales goals are all part of your responsibilities. This is a full-time, permanent role with a competitive salary package of up to 35-50k monthly.,
