Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Management Lead located in Ahmedabad. The Community Management Lead will be responsible for overseeing community engagement activities, managing communication with community members, and enhancing the overall community experience. Day-to-day tasks include planning and organizing events, providing customer service to community members, and managing various community management initiatives to foster a thriving community.

• Customer Service skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience in managing community platforms or groups is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
