Community Head

Role Overview: You will be joining PU DAO as a full-time on-site intern in the role of Community Head at Parul University. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with the community, manage communication, lead community development initiatives, oversee program management, and provide leadership to the team on a daily basis. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with the community and ensure effective communication - Develop the community by organizing workshops, hackathons, and events - Manage programs to enhance community involvement and growth - Lead and motivate the team to achieve community-related goals - Utilize your skills in community engagement, communication, program management, and team leadership effectively - Utilize your knowledge of Web3 and Blockchain technologies to contribute to the organization - Organize workshops, hackathons, and community events - Collaborate effectively with team members in a supportive environment Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in community engagement and communication - Experience in community development and program management - Strong team leadership skills - Prior experience in organizing workshops, hackathons, and community events - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively - Knowledge of Web3 and Blockchain technologies is advantageous - Understanding of basics of Blockchain including Governance Model, Smart Contract, Dapps, and DeFi.,
