Community and Event Coordinator

As a Community & Event Coordinator at Vajra_Moves, your role is vital in bringing our fitness product to life on-ground. You will be responsible for conducting workouts and connecting with wellness communities, fitness centers, gyms, and related vendors. Your high energy and passion for fitness will be key in representing our brand. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead & coordinate Vajra_Moves events and fitness classes per month - Manage venues, trainers, and on-ground logistical co-ordination - Capture moments, coordinate creatives & social media content - Be the representative of Vajra_Moves for introducing the brand, greet people and host the activities at our pop-ups & activities **Qualifications Required:** - Graduation in any stream with excellent communication skills in English - Minimum 1 year experience in event management or community engagement activities At Vajra_Moves, we are a new-age fitness brand that blends yoga, martial arts, and mindful movement through our signature Vajra sticks. We are currently being incubated by Thought-craft, an award-winning Innovation and experience design studio. Our goal is to fuse funkiness, health, and scientific credibility into our innovative fitness product with therapeutic applications. If you are an energetic, hands-on individual with a passion for fitness and wellness, possess good written and vocal communication skills in English, and have the ability to create and publish content on social media, we would love to have you on board. Your collaborative attitude and ability to build and maintain relationships with local fitness/wellness communities will be instrumental in running community outreach and retention initiatives. This part-time position in Pune offers a compensation of Rs 10000 per month with a contract initially for one month and the possibility of extension to three months based on performance.
