Role and Key Responsibilities:

Identify the learning needs of learners/ business.
Design training curriculum using the principles of Instructional Design
Leverage existing material (e.g. recorded calls) to customize training curriculum to cater to the end-customer requirement
Observe and evaluate trainee performance during training sessions
Track and maintain trainee attendance and certification records for audit purposes.
Initiate and participate in team / department projects
Conduct refresher and stratified training batches basis the NHT modules
Conduct audits and impart feedback for the targeted population- aiming to increase the training throughput and/or conversion
Support the National Command Center with the language assessments for hiring during periods when training batches are not active
Maintain key MIS related to all the above activities.

Key Skills and knowledge

Good knowledge of V&A and Grammar, Soft Skills and Facilitation Skills
High levels of spoken and written communication
Interpersonal and team management skills
Ability to interact with different levels in the organization
Previous V&A and Soft skills training experience is desirable
Basic knowledge of Instructional design is desirable
Expertise in Excel & power point
Knowledge of basic banking terminology is desirable
Good facilitation skills

Graduation Mandatory
