Communications Program Manager

As a Marketing Communications Specialist at Brickred Systems, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing communication strategies to promote our products and services. You will also manage our online presence by updating website content, social media profiles, and online listings. Collaborating with the design team to produce visually appealing marketing materials like brochures, flyers, and digital graphics will be part of your role. Monitoring and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights for optimization, building relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners, and assisting in planning events, trade shows, and webinars are also essential responsibilities. Staying updated on industry trends, coordinating with internal teams for consistent messaging, and preparing reports on the effectiveness of marketing communication efforts will be key aspects of your role. To be successful in this position, you should have at least 7 years of experience in marketing communications or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills, project management abilities, proficiency in marketing tools and software, creative thinking, and a keen eye for design and content are essential qualifications. You should be able to work both independently and collaboratively with a team.
