Communications Executive

Engage in internal and external communications to effectively represent the Rural Health Care Foundation.

Maintain a strong brand presence for the organization through well-crafted publications, an engaging website, and active social media management.

Assist in developing compelling content for reports, collaterals, newsletters, annual reports, brochures, media publications, etc.

Prepare impactful presentations and generate regular impact reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

Conduct online research to identify potential donors and cultivate relationships with them.

Collaborate with management to establish and maintain partnerships with existing and prospective funding organizations.

Identify and apply for award programs and grants that align with the organization's mission.

Coordinate meetings and draft detailed minutes to ensure effective communication and follow-up.

Manage online fundraising platforms, such as Give India and Ketto, to maximize donation opportunities.

Facilitate coordination and communication with volunteers and interns to optimize their involvement.

Align actions with the objectives and ethos of the organization.

Required Skills:

Strong proficiency in English.

Fluency in Bengali

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Demonstrated creativity and aesthetic sensibility.

Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

Self-motivated, focused, and detail-oriented.

Aptitude for proactive learning and engagement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
