ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTE OF INDIA (EDII) INVITES APPLICATIONS FOR THE POST OF COMMUNICATION OFFICER FOR BENGALURU:

Job Location:

  • An effective and creative writing style that is fresh, consistent, and customer-friendly. A knack for editing and proofreading with good vocabulary skills.
  • Candidate should develop grammatically correct, unique, and informative content on different niches
  • Write unique Articles, Blogs, Website Pages, Product Descriptions, Brochure / Flyer Content, Product Reviews, Social media content, Press Releases, etc.
  • Proofread and edited other articles for factual and grammatical accuracy
  • Communicating with Donors to understand the scope of projects, their requirements, etc.
  • Must have Excellent English Writing Skills.
  • Strong English vocabulary, good time management skills & and willingness to learn.
  • Honour in English, Photoshop, Journalism, PR/Advertising, or Mass Communication is an added advantage.
  • Writing web content for websites/portals.
  • Writing content for different types of blogs, press releases & educational sectors, etc.
  • Developing keyword-rich SEO content.
  • Research ideas and facts pertinent to the type of content/topic assigned.
  • Develop ideas derived from online/offline research and organize the on paper or computer applications
  • Sort out workable ideas by a process of elimination and keep the eliminated ideas stored for future reference
  • Write fresh content based on research and brainstorming by following the instructions provided for each type of document
  • Develop engaging content for articles, blogs, stories, and social media to entice and engage the audience
  • Copy, edit, and proofread content created by other content writers to provide detailed feedback
  • Ensure that content contains sufficient keywords for search engine optimization
  • Write content for newspapers and magazines keeping in mind the general structure and sentiment of the readers.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Graduate in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Advertising, or related fields.
  • 12 years of experience in content writing, editing, or communication roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of SEO writing, digital content creation, and social media communication.
  • Strong research and time management skills.
