Communication Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic Communication Marketing Executive to promote and sell WhatsApp Business API and Google RCS (Rich Communication Services) solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in digital communication technology, marketing automation, and client relationship management. Key Responsibilities:Identify and generate new business opportunities for WhatsApp Business API and Google RCS messaging platforms. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business sectors. Pitch and present product features, benefits, and use cases to prospective clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups and account management. Develop and execute marketing strategies and digital campaigns to increase awareness and sales. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for clients. Create marketing materials, product presentations, and proposals. Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Participate in webinars, demos, and promotional events. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of WhatsApp Business API, Google RCS, and business messaging platforms (preferred). Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital marketing platforms. Ability to work independently and achieve targets in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in IT, telecom, or marketing automation industry. Understanding of API-based communication platforms. Knowledge of campaign management, lead generation, and marketing automation tools.
