English Communication Faculty

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging sessions on English communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.
• Guide students on grooming, confidence building, interview techniques, and overall personality enhancement.
• Design and implement interactive classroom activities to improve students’ communication proficiency.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with the academic team to integrate communication and soft skills training into the curriculum.
• Contribute to campus events, workshops, and seminars related to communication and development.
• (Preferred) Manage or assist with the institution’s

  social media content creation and engagement

  to promote academic activities and achievements.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Excellent command over spoken and written English.
• Strong presentation, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.
• A flair for motivating and engaging students.
• Prior experience in teaching or training in English Communication / Personality Development preferred.
• Ability to handle social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) will be an added advantage.

Qualification:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in English, Communication, or related field.
• Candidates with a background in hospitality or corporate training will be preferred.
