Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Communication Designer, based in Gurgaon. The Communication Designer will be responsible for developing compelling visual communication assets, designing creative materials for branding and marketing campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet design objectives. Additional responsibilities include conceptualizing designs, maintaining brand consistency, and ensuring the quality of the visual content aligns with company standards.

Qualifications

• Strong graphic design skills, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign)
• Experience in visual storytelling, brand design, and content creation for marketing campaigns
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design principles
• Ability to conceptualize creative ideas and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field
• Familiarity with sustainable design practices or experience in interior design is a plus
