As a Communication & Behavioral Skills Trainer, your role involves elevating the professional effectiveness of employees by delivering high-quality communication and behavioral skills training programs. You will focus on designing initiatives that enhance trust, customer experience, and managerial readiness, shaping learner confidence, and credibility. Key Responsibilities: - Designing and delivering structured communication programs covering spoken, written, and virtual communication for both freshers and laterals - Facilitating engaging sessions to improve clarity, assertiveness, business communication, and client readiness - Utilizing role-plays, simulations, feedback, and assessments to reinforce learning and drive behavior change - Tailoring training based on role expectations, business needs, and learner feedback Behavioural Capability Development: - Creating and leading behavioral learning programs on topics such as driving customer experience, building trust, stakeholder communication, and business etiquette - Customizing programs to cater to early-career professionals and emerging leaders Support for Managerial Readiness: - Contributing to people-manager development programs - Collaborating with business stakeholders to integrate behavioral skills into leadership development pathways Ideal Profile: - 6-8 years of experience in delivering soft skills and behavioral programs - Strong command of English for modeling clear, confident, and professional communication - Well-groomed, polished, and confident facilitator with a natural presence and elegance - Skilled at building rapport with diverse learners - Comfortable delivering training in both virtual and in-person formats - Certification in behavioral tools (DISC, MBTI, etc.) is a plus Personal Attributes: - Passionate about helping people grow and project their best selves - Agile and collaborative, adapting quickly to changing business needs - Maintaining a high standard of professionalism and influence,
