Role Overview: Join Accenture Strategy and Consulting team in the Comms & Media industry to work on Telecom OSS Transformation consulting projects for global clients. As a Manager/Senior Manager, you will lead delivery in small to medium-size teams, support innovation transformation programs, develop assets, and point-of-view (POV) for the team. Your role will involve engaging with stakeholders independently, executing transformational change plans, facilitating workshops, and translating business requirements into technical specifications. Key Responsibilities: - Support or lead delivery in small to medium-size teams for management consulting projects - Support or lead innovation transformation programs and process enablement for clients - Develop assets, point-of-view (POV), or white papers for team and community use - Support or lead proposals, business development for global clients in a specific domain area - Engage stakeholders independently and execute transformational change plans aligned with clients' business strategy - Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders - Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications Qualifications Required: - Good experience in leading go-to-market initiatives and generating opportunities for sales presentations - Proven experience in business analysis leveraging requirement gathering techniques for OSS applications/capabilities - Ability to plan and ensure delivery timelines align with business requirements - Experience in designing and documenting business processes and functional requirements for OSS feature enhancements - Proficiency in Agile methodologies with experience in tools like Confluence and Jira - Experience in delivering consulting projects related to Digital transformation, Operating Model Design, Business Process Re-engineering, etc. - Good understanding of Network Operation Analytics and OSS tools ecosystem - MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 school, Engineering from Tier 1 school, or relevant industry experience - Certifications related to Forum-eTOM, ITIL, CBAP or similar - Direct onsite experience and proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools - Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, good communication skills, and cross-cultural competence About Accenture: Accenture is a leading global professional services company, providing services in strategy, consulting, digital, technology, and operations.
