re-Commissioning & Startup:
Conduct pre-commissioning checks, flushing, and testing of ETP systems. Execute system start-up, monitoring initial parameters and ensuring stable operations. Ensure accurate mechanical assembly and proper integration of ETP equipment and instruments. Operations & Monitoring:Monitor operational parameters like pH, COD, BOD, and TSS to ensure compliance with environmental standards. Maintain and manage chemical dosing systems, ensuring appropriate stock levels. Perform regular and unscheduled maintenance and repair of ETP equipment, machinery, and instruments. Testing & Performance:Conduct system integration, vibration, and heat analysis for pumps and other equipment. Perform performance tests and tuning of equipment like Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) units and biological treatment processes. Collect and analyze wastewater samples to evaluate treatment efficiency and identify areas for improvement. Documentation & Reporting:Develop and maintain a comprehensive commissioning plan and all related test records. Prepare detailed daily reports on commissioning progress, operational parameters, and system performance. Client Interaction & Support:Provide technical support and training to clients until formal operations begin. Maintain good relationships with clients and other relevant teams. Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, reporting major faults to management.
