Commission Sales Associate

Job Description – Sales Executive (Packaging & Recycling Division)

We are expanding United Wrappers & TruGreen and looking for a high-performing Sales Executive with experience in industrial packaging, LDPE/LLDPE films, laminated rolls, VCI bags, or RP granules.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients in automotive, FMCG, industrial and OEM sectors

• Grow monthly sales volume of LD covers, laminated rolls, polybags & RP granules

• Maintain strong relationships with purchase managers, vendor development & traders

• Follow up daily on enquiries, quotations, samples & order closures

• Achieve monthly revenue targets with consistent field activity

Requirements

• 1–5 years experience in packaging / plastics / OEM supply / recycling

• Strong contacts in Chennai, Sriperumbudur, Ambattur, Poonamallee

• Ability to close deals, meet targets and drive repeat orders

• Two-wheeler preferred

Compensation

• ₹25,000–₹35,000 salary + industry-leading commissions (unlimited earning potential)

• Fuel allowance + performance bonuses
