About The Role

India

What You'll Do

• Promote and sell WeatherXM's weather services.
• Research and contact potential customers in your region.
• Educate clients on our value proposition and close deals.
• Track sales activity using a simple CRM tool.
• Work independently, while receiving training and guidance from our team
  

Requirements

• You have experience in sales, customer service, call centers, or field marketing.
• You're comfortable reaching out to leads, pitching, and closing.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and organized.
• Fluent in English; additional Indian languages are a strong plus.
• Based anywhere in India.
• Comfortable working remotely and part-time in a commission-only structure.
• Bonus Points If You Have:
• Experience selling tech, agricultural, or weather-related products.
• Knowledge of regional climate challenges or data needs.
• Background in startups or remote work environments
