Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Commis II role located in Agra. The Commis II will assist in the preparation of high-quality cuisine, ensuring compliance with food hygiene and safety standards. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized workstation, supporting the senior chefs in cooking, preparing ingredients, and assisting in inventory management. The individual will also uphold Accor's commitment to excellence by ensuring meals meet established culinary standards.

Qualifications

• Strong culinary skills in food preparation, cooking, and maintaining high-quality standards
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen sanitation practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, demonstrating reliability and collaboration
• Willingness to learn from senior chefs and adapt to various kitchen tasks
• Prior experience in a professional kitchen is preferred but not mandatory
• Culinary training or certification is advantageous
• Excellent time management and multitasking capabilities
