Job Description:
We are hiring Commis I, II & III to join our culinary team at a premium standalone family bar & restaurant in Guwahati. Candidates should be passionate about food preparation, willing to learn, and able to work in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in food preparation under the supervision of senior chefs
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality
• Follow kitchen procedures and assist in daily operations
• Support in inventory and kitchen cleanliness

Requirements:

• Prior experience in Commis role preferred (I, II, or III)
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to grow
