We're currently looking for skilled and passionate chefs to join us immediately. --- 1. Tandoor Chef Responsibilities: Prepare and cook tandoori items including rotis, naan, kebabs, and tikkas. Ensure consistent taste and quality. Manage tandoor setup, heat levels, and cleaning. Follow hygiene and food safety standards. Requirements: 5 to 7 years of proven experience in tandoor cooking. Strong knowledge of Indian spices and marinades. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen. --- 2. Chinese Chef Responsibilities: Prepare a range of Indo-Chinese dishes like noodles, fried rice, Manchurian, etc. Maintain taste, texture, and presentation consistency. Ensure timely service during peak hours. Requirements: 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Chinese cuisine. Familiarity with wok techniques, sauces, and flavor profiles. Attention to detail and hygiene. --- 3. Shawarma & Fast-Food Chef Responsibilities: Prepare and serve fresh shawarmas, burgers, fries, sandwiches, etc. Maintain freshness and cleanliness of preparation area. Operate and maintain grill, fryer, and other kitchen equipment. Requirements: 2 to 5 years of experience in shawarma preparation and fast food cooking. Skilled in marination, meat slicing, and wrap assembly. Quick and efficient in high-volume service. --- General Requirements for All Positions: Immediate joining preferred. Team player with good communication skills. Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
