ob Description – Commis II / Commis IIILocation: Kerala Café Responsibilities: Assist in daily food preparation and cooking under the guidance of senior chefs. Prepare ingredients, follow recipes, and maintain consistency in taste and presentation. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times. Support in maintaining stock levels, storing ingredients properly, and reducing wastage. Follow all kitchen safety standards and company policies. Help in setting up workstations, equipment, and daily mise-en-place. Work as a team member and support smooth kitchen operations. Requirements: Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment. Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment. Good teamwork, discipline, and willingness to learn. Prior experience in a similar role (Commis II/III) is an advantage.
