Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparation of South Indian dishes (idli, dosa, uttapam, vada, sambhar, chutneys, etc.) with attention to authentic recipes and taste profiles. Follow standardised recipes and portion sizes to ensure consistency across outlets. Handle prep tasks: cleaning, chopping vegetables, grinding batter, mixing masalas, preparing batters, soaking & fermenting as needed. Manage cooking operations during assigned shift—griddle / tawa work, deep frying, working on dosa/tawa, steaming etc. Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation in kitchen: clean workstations, proper storage of ingredients, cleaning of utensils, following food safety protocols. Ensure correct storage and usage of raw materials, ladders, masalas etc., to avoid wastage.
