Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)

We are looking for a skilled Continental Chef to join our culinary team and deliver high-quality, flavorful dishes that meet our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present high-quality Continental cuisine.
• Ensure food consistency, portioning, and plating standards.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen at all times.
• Assist in menu planning, costing, and kitchen organization.
• Supervise commis and kitchen staff during food preparation.
• Work collaboratively with the F&B team to ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Continental Commis I / DCDP / CDP in a hotel or resort.
• Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management / Culinary Arts.
• Strong knowledge of Continental cuisine and modern presentation techniques.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
