About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Commis Chef who specializes in Indian Street Food & Appetizers such as Chaat, Tikki, Bhalla, Golgappa, Pakoras, and other popular Indian snacks.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about traditional Indian flavors and capable of maintaining quality, hygiene, and authentic taste.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing Indian street-style dishes and appetizers
Maintain taste consistency, hygiene, and visual presentation
Keep the preparation area clean and organized
Cutting, mixing, frying, and plating tasks
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in preparing Indian snacks and chaat items
Knowledge of regional Indian flavors and authentic preparation methods
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
