Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commis - Bakery & Pastry, located in Kasauli Tehsil. The Commis will be responsible for daily food preparation, cooking bakery and pastry items, maintaining high standards of hygiene, and ensuring kitchen sanitation. The role also involves assisting the head baker and pastry chef, following recipes precisely, and presenting finished products with attention to detail. This position requires effective communication with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Food and Accommodation are provided on Site.

Qualifications

• Food Preparation and Cooking skills
• Culinary Skills in bakery and pastry
• Knowledge of Hygiene and kitchen sanitation practices
• Effective Communication skills
• Ability to work in a high-paced environment
• Previous experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen is a plus
• A culinary degree or certification is advantageous
