Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Commis - Bakery & Pastry, located in Kasauli Tehsil. The Commis will be responsible for daily food preparation, cooking bakery and pastry items, maintaining high standards of hygiene, and ensuring kitchen sanitation. The role also involves assisting the head baker and pastry chef, following recipes precisely, and presenting finished products with attention to detail. This position requires effective communication with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Food and Accommodation are provided on Site. About the Role As part of our Food & Beverage team, you will be the face of the hotel’s dining experience—welcoming guests, guiding them through our menus, assisting with service at meal times, and ensuring every interaction is thoughtful and personalized. Unlike corporate or industrial F&B roles, this is a hotel-based position requiring strong guest interaction, an eye for detail, and an instinct for hospitality. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests warmly and assist them during dining service (breakfast, lunch, dinner). Present menus, explain daily specials, and guide guests in food & beverage choices. Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and seamless service. Maintain dining areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
