The menu is dynamic, changing four to five times a year to reflect the seasons of Goa. Complementing the innovative dishes, each cocktail on the menu is a carefully crafted labor of love.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commis 3 / Fresher located in North Goa. The role involves assisting in daily food preparation, maintaining hygiene standards, and supporting cooking tasks. The candidate will work closely with the culinary team to ensure high-quality food preparation and execution.

Qualifications

• Food Preparation and Cooking skills
• Strong knowledge of Hygiene standards and practices
• Effective Communication skills
• Basic Culinary Skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous experience in a kitchen or culinary education
