Job Description

This role involves working closely with the kitchen team to deliver a memorable dining experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of tandoori dishes including meats, seafood, paneer, kebabs, and Indian breads such as naan, roti, kulcha, and paratha.
  • Follow recipes and portion controls set by the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.
  • Ensure correct marination and resting of proteins and vegetables before cooking.
  • Monitor and maintain the right temperature of the tandoor oven throughout service.
  • Cook and plate dishes consistently, ensuring high standards in taste, texture, and appearance.
  • Handle mise en place for the tandoor section efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the tandoor area and follow all food safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Coordinate with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth service.
  • Report any equipment issues or ingredient shortages to the Chef de Partie.
  • Assist in training and supporting junior staff within the tandoor section when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
