Commis 1 and Commis 2

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced premium airport culinary environment.

Key Responsibilities:

For Commis 1:

Asian cuisine

For Commis 2:

Assist in food prep for Asian dishes such as stir-fry, dim sum, noodles, curries, fried rice, and appetizers.
Support Commis 1 and the Chef de Partie in daily operations.Follow recipes, portion control, and plating standards.Ensure workstation cleanliness and proper food storage.Maintain hygiene standards and follow SOPs.

Requirements:

• Experience:

Commis 1: 3 years in Asian cuisine
Commis 2: 2 years in Asian cuisine

Strong knowledge of Asian cooking techniques and ingredients.
Ability to work in a fast-paced airport kitchen environment.Good communication and teamwork skills.Knowledge of hygiene, food safety, and airport F&B standards.
