Responsibilities

  • Independently manage a chocolate production line or product category (e.g. bonbons, bars, dragees, or spreads) from start to finish.
  • Supervise and guide Commis 2 and 3 team members to ensure output consistency, time management, and recipe compliance.
  • Operate tempering machines, depositor units, or panning/dragee equipment where required.
  • Maintain quality control standards, hygiene protocols, and production logs during the shift.
  • Collaborate with CDP/Sous to meet daily production targets and resolve line bottlenecks.


Qualifications

  • 3+ years (minimum 2 years in chocolate production)
  • Solid hands-on experience in chocolate moulding, capping, filling, or coating.
  • Basic understanding of chocolate equipment and process timelines.
  • Strong organizational and team management capabilities.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt based on daily production needs.
