Job Description

As a Chocolate Production Supervisor in Mumbai, you will be responsible for independently managing a chocolate production line or product category (e.g. bonbons, bars, dragees, or spreads) from start to finish. Your role will involve supervising and guiding Commis 2 and 3 team members to ensure output consistency, time management, and recipe compliance. Additionally, you will be operating tempering machines, depositor units, or panning/dragee equipment where required. Your duties will also include maintaining quality control standards, hygiene protocols, and production logs during the shift. Collaboration with CDP/Sous to meet daily production targets and resolve line bottlenecks will be essential to ensure smooth operations. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in chocolate production, with at least 2 years specifically in this field. You should possess solid hands-on experience in chocolate moulding, capping, filling, or coating, along with a basic understanding of chocolate equipment and process timelines. Strong organizational and team management capabilities, as well as the ability to multitask and adapt based on daily production needs, are key requirements for this position.,
