Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commi Chef specializing in Continental cuisine at Culinary Catalyst located in Udaipur. The Commi Chef will assist in daily food preparation, cooking, and plating of dishes according to established recipes and menus. The role also involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, stock management, and cooperating with the kitchen team to ensure prompt service.

Qualifications

Skills in Food Preparation and Cooking
Culinary Skills, particularly in Continental cuisine
Hygiene and cleanliness awareness
Excellent Communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
Previous experience in a professional kitchen is preferred
Culinary school certificate or equivalent training is a plus
