Commi-2 & 3 (Continental)

Key Responsibilities

• Follow standard recipes and portion control guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in your workstation and kitchen area.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of food items (FIFO method).
• Assist senior chefs in cooking, grilling, and plating orders.
• Operate basic kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Support in receiving and storing deliveries.
• Dispose of waste according to company and safety guidelines.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures (HACCP standards).
• Perform other duties assigned by the senior kitchen staff.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of kitchen operations (freshers can apply).
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, hot, and busy kitchen environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Culinary training is a plus).
• Prior experience in a fast-food or casual dining kitchen is an advantage but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
