Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and cooking of traditional North Indian dishes such as curries, tandoori items, dals, breads (roti, naan), and rice varieties (biryani, pulao). Follow standard recipes and presentation specifications. Ensure all food preparation areas are maintained in a hygienic condition. Support the CDP and Sous Chef in kitchen operations. Ensure that mise-en-place is prepared on time for operations. Maintain inventory control and inform the supervisor of shortages. Properly store and label all food items as per safety standards. Work with other team members in a cooperative and professional manner. Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards (FSSAI or HACCP guidelines if applicable). Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned workstation at all times.
