Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the preparation and mise en place for Continental dishes
Follow standard recipes and presentation guidelines to ensure food consistency.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the assigned section as per FSSAI standards.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients.
Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and service.
Learn and adapt to new cooking techniques and menu changes.
Assist in minimizing wastage and maintaining cost control.
Follow all safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of Continental cuisine and cooking techniques.
Certificate or diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent (preferred).
5-10 year of kitchen experience in a hotel or restaurant setup.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Punctual, disciplined, and eager to learn.
Basic understanding of kitchen equipment and safety standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
