Oversee mise-en-place for the section, ensuring all ingredients and equipment are ready for service. Supervise and train Commis chefs to ensure consistent production and smooth kitchen operations. Develop new dishes and contribute ideas for menu improvement and specials. Ensure portion control, taste, and presentation consistency across all dishes.
