Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Commercial Documentation: Prepare, process, and manage all commercial correspondence, including contractual documentation and technical specifications derived from engineering drawings/data.
  • Quoting & Tendering:
  • Prepare comprehensive Bill of Quantity (BOQ) documents from technical specifications (EEE, Instrument, EC, or other relevant technical fields).
  • Coordinate the preparation and submission of competitive Quoting and Tender documents, ensuring all technical and commercial requirements are met.
  • Manage tender deadlines and maintain a systematic record of all submissions.
  • Technical Liaison: Act as the primary administrative support and liaison between the technical/engineering team and the commercial/sales team to ensure alignment on specifications.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and secure filing systems (both physical and digital) for all commercial, contractual, and technical records.
  • Procurement Support: Assist the procurement stage by preparing initial enquiry packs and collating necessary vendor information.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Diploma in EEE (Electrical and Electronics Engineering), Instrumentation, EC (Electronics and Communication), or any related technical discipline.
  • Experience: Prior experience in office administration, commercial support, or a technical-administrative role is preferred.

Key Skills & Attributes

  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to read, understand, and translate technical specifications (from EEE/EC/Instrumentation) into commercial terms (e.g., for a BOQ).
  • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail, especially in preparing financial/technical documents like the BOQ.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and a high volume of paperwork for tenders.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel, for data tabulation and BOQ preparation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹320,000.00 per year
